Olive

Meet Olive, a soft and gentle soul who returns love deeply with everything she has to give. She came into care underweight and underexposed to the world, being left in the overnight cage at the pound with her siblings.

She has had time in care to unwind, to trust her foster family, has reached a healthy weight (15.2kg and growing) and has had her vet work completed. She loves your attention, loves cuddles and has boundless energy. She loves being part of the family and is friends with her carers cats, dogs and kids. She may be suited to calm and dog savvy older children (10+).

She is a smart girl and will need ongoing training and daily excercise to keep her happy and healthy. Olive’s perfect fit will need to understand that they will need to immerse Olive in their life and expose her to the world to continue to develop her confidence.

She is learning that walks are awesome. She will need a home where she can sleep inside, and be allowed indoors/ outdoors with her people. She is toilet trained.

She is best suited to a home with a well rounded dog, who she can look to as a role model as her confidence continues to develop.
