Eric

This handsome boy has been in care for a few weeks and has finally started showing his sweet personality.
Eric is around 12 months old and a beautiful mixed breed boy around 35-40kg.
He’s searching for a committed and patient home as he can be a little anxious in new environments so a new home will definitely present that for him.

He adores other dogs and loves to play so a dog who is a good confident and stable natured dog is best suited to him. One that is happy to have a little (he’s still little okay) shadow.
His new parents will have some dog experience behind them to help settle him into his new surroundings and it would be great if someone was home a little more often than not.

He would be better suited to kids over the age of 12 who are dog confident and calmer in nature. And a home without cats or pocket pets is best suited.

Eric does show some fear to work boots and hi vis work wearing males but he has come far along in care with his foster dad desensitising him to these. He doesn’t show any escaping tendencies but for safety we would recommend fencing 6ft and over that’s free from holes and gaps.

Eric would want to be welcomed into his new home and sleep inside at night. He is crate trained and adores his bed set up in there so he’s happy for a home to continue this if they please.

Eric is ready for his new journey and hopes he doesn’t have to wait too long. He’s located in the lower Hunter Valley, his adoption fee is $550 and is available for NSW or ACT adoption only.
