Goose is as silly as his name but as sweet as they come. This small little boy is looking for a special and loving home. He is 5 months old and going to be under 5kg in adult size. Currently sitting around 2-2.5kg in weight. He is believed to be a foxie x chihuahua but we can see a few other potential small breeds in the mix as well.
Goose has adapted fantastically to foster care and just adores other dogs. So a home with another social and playful dog would suit him well, whether that’s another smaller dog or a larger one he doesn’t mind. But he wouldn’t suit an older dog not looking for a puppy playmate as he is quite high in energy.
Being such a small boy Goose isn’t searching for a home with young kids so kids should be over the age of 7 and confident with handling small dogs.
He must have safe and secure fencing free from any gaps or holes and must be allowed inside with his new home especially at night. Goose would love someone home more often than not as he does adore being cuddled and doted on by his humans.
He is an active little fella so a daily exercise routine is essential, he isn’t suitable for someone looking for a small lazy lap dog. If you’re looking for a little bit of an adventurous pal he might even suit that.
He’s shown to be confident with his surroundings so a home wanting to go out and about for car rides, bush walks or hikes may suit this boy as well.
Goose is ready to start meeting his new potential family. He is located in the lower hunter valley and his adoption fee is $650.
